We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase. If your oven or accessory isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Gozney packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
